These terms govern your use of the mochyon.com website and the Mochyon Lightspeed plugin proxy service. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Mochyon provides a proxy service that allows the Mochyon Lightspeed WordPress plugin to retrieve performance data from Google’s PageSpeed Insights and Chrome UX Report APIs through mochyon.com/wp-json/mochyon/v1/google-proxy.

Permitted Use

The proxy service is provided exclusively for use with the Mochyon Lightspeed plugin. Accessing the proxy endpoint outside of the plugin, or using it for purposes other than retrieving site performance data, is not permitted.

No Guarantees

The proxy service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access to the service. The accuracy and availability of performance data depends on Google’s APIs, which are outside our control.

Google API Terms

Data retrieved through the proxy originates from Google’s APIs. Your use of this data is subject to Google’s API Terms of Service.

Changes and Discontinuation

Mochyon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the proxy service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mochyon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
